Our commitment to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Our Zero Tolerance Policy
Reveal has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Sexual exploitation of minors
- Any content that sexualises or endangers children
Any account found to be involved in CSAE is immediately and permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities.
Age Verification
- All users must provide their date of birth during signup
- Users under 18 are automatically and permanently blocked from accessing Reveal
- This block cannot be bypassed or appealed
- Facial verification is implemented to confirm users are real adults
- We comply with all applicable age verification laws
How We Detect and Prevent CSAE
- Age verification is mandatory for all users before accessing any feature
- Facial liveness detection confirms real adult users
- All chat messages are scanned in real time for suspicious content
- Users can report any suspicious behaviour directly from the chat interface
- All reports are reviewed immediately by our safety team
- We preserve all evidence related to CSAE reports for law enforcement
Reporting
- Any user who encounters CSAE content or behaviour must report it immediately using the in-app report function
- Reports can also be sent to: legal@getrevealapp.com
- We report all confirmed CSAE to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline
- We report to relevant Spanish and European Union authorities
- We cooperate fully and immediately with all law enforcement investigations
